This prestige beachfront property had defective waterproof membrane on the podium slab which was leaking into the car park below.

This required the full removal of all existing landscaping to facilitate the installation of a new high performance membrane system, followed by the reinstatement of hard and soft landscaping. Other works included concrete repair, drainage remediation and relocation of existing services.
