Brisbane Magistrates Court – Waterproofing and Concrete Repair

The Brisbane Magistrates Court had multiple areas of water ingress through failed waterproof membrane to plantrooms & rooftops, along with defective flashings/cappings. A high quality liquid membrane was applied over the existing membrane in multiple locations to an overall area in excess of 2,000m2. Other works included concrete repairs, crack repairs, steelwork remediation, drainage modifications and flashing/capping replacement.
