Charlotte Towers Basement Crack Repairs and Drainage Rectification

The basement carpark of this hi-rise building had extensive cracking throughout the concrete slabs over 6 parking levels. A combination of pressure injection and gravity fed epoxy resin was installed to repair the cracks. Tell-tale crack gauges were also installed to provide on-going monitoring. There was also extensive flooding as a result of water ingress through an external wall. This was controlled by installing a hob to provide a waterproofed channel to direct water to the nearest storm water drain.
