Alexandra Hills TAFE – Roof Remediation

This TAFE building had multiple areas of water ingress through defective roofing, flashings and cappings. It also required a safe method of access for on-going maintenance. A new ladder access system & roof anchors points were installed, along with replacement roofing components, followed by the application of a liquid roof membrane.
