Willoughby – Excavation and Below Ground Waterproofing works

This 5 year old house had waterproofing issues in the below ground garage. Excavation to the outside of the garage wall was required to rectify the problem. The works required working in tight access areas and removing and temporarily bypassing stormwater pipes while works were being undertaken. A high quality waterproof membrane was installed to the below ground wall and a new stormwater pipe installed as well as internal waterproofing and painting.
