212 Margaret St – Waterproofing and Remedial Repairs

The Oaks Resort at 212 Margaret St, Brisbane had extensive water ingress issues and required considerable waterproofing works and associated repairs, including window and door replacement. A sheet membrane was also applied to the penthouse terrace, with new pavers being installed on a pedestal system. Access was from a combination of fixed scaffold and rope access. All works were completed while the units were occupied with a minimum possible disruption to the tenants as possible.
