Matraville – Cavity flashing and water ingress repairs

This 5 year old duplex had multiple defects from construction which prevented the owners from being able to rent out their investment property.  The building required windows to be removed and flashings installed as well as cavity flashing in multiple areas, expansion joints to be correctly installed and waterproofing works. The supporting timber framework had rotten in places and required remediating prior to replacing the gyprock and window.
