Pine Rivers Hospital – Roof Remediation Works

This private hospital had multiple issues across its 620m2 area, including defective flashings, defective gutters, corroded roof sheets, defective cappings and unwaterproofed penetrations. Works completed included capping and flashing replacement, height safety equipment installation, Dektite replacement, gutter remediation, sealant replacement, and additional plumbing works. All works were completed while the hospital was fully operational with minimum disruption to the staff, patients, and visitors.
