Ramada Resort – Podium Upgrade

This Resort Hotel’s podium slab had defective waterproofing which had resulted in extensive damage to the concrete slab and allowed water ingress into the car park below.

To remediate the slab, it was necessary to demolish the existing tennis court and planter boxes. Once all concrete and crack repairs had been completed, a high quality, welded sheet membrane was applied. New rendered block walls, polished concrete paths, fencing, artificial turf and tennis court were also installed.
